• items to be painted : walls . ceiling , trims , doors ,door casing , baseboard, crown molding , and the number of those ( 5 doors , 5 casing , etc )

• If its an apartment ,how many bed rooms , empty or furnished , location , looking for same color refreshment or color change , etc

• If its a house , how many bed rooms , washrooms , levels ..etc .
